Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 80 patients undergoing selective colorectal surgery, ASA I-II, aged 40 to 70, body mass index 18-24kg/m-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative exist poor understanding ability, mental disorder or patients with central nervous system disorders but not cooperate; 2. intraoperative blood transfusion, hormone therapy, the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. postoperative infection or serious complication to the patient; 4. allergic to ketamine or opioids; 5. liver and kidney function serious insufficiency; 6. addicted to alcohol or often patients taking sedative analgesics.
