Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Migraine patients inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Male or female, right-handed; 3. comply with Western medicine diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura, and the initial onset age =6 times, and twice the number of episodes per month <=6 times; 5. moderate to severe pain, affecting work and study, 3.6 <NRS score <=10 points; 6. nearly three months not taking psychotropic drugs and vasoactive drugs, no long-term use of analgesic drugs habit; 7. The body without metal implants, no claustrophobic psychosis MRI and fMRI to detect contraindications; 8. The subject informed, voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Can not understand the pain scale and digital measurement; 5. menstrual period women and women who are pregnant or breast-feeding; 6. The combined circulation, respiratory, digestive system and other serious primary disease, severe mental illness or easy bleeding and infection; 7. The presence of tumors, gout, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases caused by chronic pain; 8. The previous cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and other organic intracranial lesion or MR scan found serious head or brain anatomical structures clearly asymmetric lesions (above wherein Leukoaraiosis by Aharon-Peretz standard 3 and 3); 9. Near month to take preventive migraine drugs; 10. patients within 3 months participated in other clinical trials.
