Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fulfilling Rotterdam criteria for PCOS; First IVF/ICSI cycle; Without receive metformin and other hormone therapy treatment within two months; With normal uterine; Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic disease that could interfere with the absorption, distribution, metabolism of metformin and renal or liver disease; Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis cycles; Ocyte donation or sperm donation cycles.
