18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients proposed painless gastroscopy of age 18-70 years, male or female; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification as Class I-III; (3) correctly answered the questionnaire; (4) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) narcotic drug allergy history; (2) a serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic disorders, electrolyte imbalance; (3) blood pressure >180/90mmHg; (4) ECG prompt block or complete left bundle branch II degree atrioventricular block;
