Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic standard of primary hemifacial spasm; 2. facial nerve conduction andbliad reflex are normal; 3. Aged between 18 to 80 years; 4. Informed consents have signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caused by traumatic facial nervous impairment, posterior fossa diseaseJackson epilepsy trigeminal neuralgia facial muscle tension disorder or other diseases; 2. Cognitive impairment, speech disorder anddementia; 3. Combining with serious hypertension, diabetes, malignant tumor,neurological diseases, coagulation disorders andprimary diseases of circulatory system,liver, kidney; 4. A metal residue in the body (including denture, pacemaker, nerve stimulator, medical pump etc.); 5. Can not be performed TMS stimulation (TMS fearor other reasons); 6. The subjects with skin infection near the acupuncture points; 7. The subjects had been accepted any acupuncture treatment after the HFS or within 6 months; or other clinical trials are being conducted; 8. Pregnant women.
