14 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient's SpO2<=92% when breathing air; 2. patient's breathing rate=20/min; 3. patient's SBP=90mmHg; 4. patient's HR=120/min 5. patient need inotropic agents or(and) Vasopressors; 6. patient need mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient younger than 18 years old; 2. patient can not be evaluated by ultrasound; 3. patient can not cooperated with trail; 4. patient who take part in other clinical trail in recent 3 month; 5. can not be allowed to include by resarecher. 6. obstetric patients 7. organ transplatation patient 8. CPR immmediately when get to OR.
