Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients for colonscopy, agree to join this study and signed the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute respiratory system diseases (such as asthma); 2. massive hemorrhage of digestive tract or gastric retention; 3. history of colorectal surgery or enterstomy; 4. severe colonic stricture or obstructing tumour; 5. known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 6. toxic colitis or megacolon; 7. disturbance of consciousness or mental illness; 8. dysphagia; 9. acute cerebrovascular/cardiovascular disease; 10. uncontrolled hypertension ( systolic blood pressure >170 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mm Hg; 11. severe congestive heart failure ( New York Heart Association class III or IV; 12. severe chronic renal failure ( creatinine clearance<30 ml/min; 13. severe liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh score C); 14. disturbance of electrolytes; 15. haemodynamically unstable; 16. pregnancy or lactation; 17. severe snoring disease.
