Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with CAD vital signs were stable and scheduled for PCI for the first time; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Conscious and able to read and specking in Chinese; 4. The score of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) on the day of admission was above 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded the patients who suffered from other serious circulatory system diseases or serious complication, other serious somatic or mental illness, cognitive impaired, and primary or secondary?hypercortisolism and Cortisol thrombocytopenia.
