20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with ages 20–65 years; 2. BMI: 18.5-30 kg.m2, ASA I–II, undergoing elective Orthopaedic surgery, ENT surgery; 3. Gynecologic surgerywere or General surgery were enrolled on the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Potentially difficult airway; 2. hepatic or renal dysfunction; 3. Cardiovascular disease or dysfunction of blood coagulation; 4. hematocrit less than 35%,Hb less than 110 g/L; 5. allergy.
