18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 70 years; 2) in line with liver cancer diagnostic criteria; 3) in line with resectable indications of liver cancer; 4) preoperative PS or ECOG =40% if patients receiving major hepatectomy (>=3 segments); 8) informed consent had been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) a history of other malignancy; 2) patients with senile dementia, brain atrophy, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, acute phase of cerebrovascular disease or cognitive disabilities, or with mental and neurological disorders that can not be cooperated with the doctor; 3) local or systemic bacterial infection in acute stage out of control; 4) severe diabetes or poor glycemic control; 5) allergy to nutrition or unable to tolerate nutrional support; 6) other cases that researchers consider not appropriate for patients to participate.
