Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged eightten to sixty-five years; 2. The control subjects should have no medical history of snoring and sleep apnea; 3. be able to answer or read the gauge; sign informed consent,cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. observational study: AHI>=5 times per hour for control subjects and AHI<30 times per hour for severe OSAHS patienrs; For multicenter RCT study: AHI<30 times per hour; 2. severe temic diseases (such as heart, liver renal failure), CNS diseases, other sleep disordered breathing; 3. smoking, alcohol drug addiction, or use psychotropic drugs, sedatives, narcotic drugs; 4. have yet received OSAHS treatment, such as CPAP, surgey, oral appliance; 5. MMSE<27; 6. left hand; 7. MRI contraindications: such as claustrophobia or metal implant.
