Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients who are in accordance with the diagnostic criteria and HbA1C ranges from 7% to 9%; 2. No diabetic microangiopathy,or mild microangiopathy complications(urine microalbumin /creatinine<30mg/g,retinopathy<=I period; 3. Aged from 18 to 65 years old, Male or female; 4. blood pressure<=160/100mmHg; 5. Anyone who had signed the consent form can be involved in Laboratory cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or breast feeding woman; 2. with severe cardiac, liver ,kidney complication, or other severe primary disease, psychopath; 3. Being experienced acute myocardial?infarction or heart stent implantation/coronary/bypass/operation in recent 3 months; 4. Being diagonesed with acute stroke in recent 3 months; 5. Being experienced severe and emergency diabetes complications during past 30 days, including DKA, HHS; 6. Being allergic to medicines used in therapeutic.
