Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between the ages of 20-70 years, ASA I-III who were deemed to require an arterial catheter for continuous blood pressure monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation disorders, positive Allen testhistories of emergency surgery and hand or wrist surgery, hemorrhagic shock, morbid obesity, infection at the puncture site, and patients in whom we couldnt obtain clear images due to tortuous artery were excluded from the study.
