Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma by cytology or pathology and within 8 weeks after radical operation; 2. Pathological stage: TNM stage II (high risk), stage III patients; 3. Aged ranges from 18 to 80 years, any gender; 4. KPS>=70 points; 5. No serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and blood system and other factors affecting drug evaluation; 6. Understand the situation of this trial and have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not eligible for inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and blood system or psychiatric patients, pregnant women or nursing women; 3. Being in other drug trials; 4. Known drug allergies or not in accordance with the provisions of the drug or clinical data is not complete; 5. Researchers think the patient is not suitable for the clinical trial.
