glucose-based group:titrating both basal and bolus insulin dose 2,4,6,8U daily based on preprandial glucose level
weight-based group:titrating both basal and bolus insulin dose 0.1U/kg daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized,type 2 diabetes; 2. 18-80 years old; 3. Fasting blood glucose > 8.0 mmol/L or random blood glucose > 11.0 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Pregant; 3. Heart failure,liver or renal dysfunction 4. joining other trial.
