Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult CKD patients receiving hemodialysis for at least 3 months were included in this study; 2. Patients complicated with for at least one of the three symptoms of CKD-MBD: laboratory abnormalities, bone abnormalities and vascular calcification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients who were unable or unwilling to give informed consent or comply with the intervention and those who had severe somatic disease were excluded.
