Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) experienced a major earthquake in Wenchuan and 20 years of age or older; (2) conform to the 1999 who developed type 2 diabetes diagnostic criteria, the symptoms of diabetes and fasting blood glucose is more than or equal to 7.0 mmol/L and (or) glucose tolerance test 2H or random blood glucose) is more than or equal to 11.1 mmol/L; (3) the local resident population, registered in the community health service center, or community residents who live in the area for 3 years or more, has no plans to relocate or travel for a long time in the past six months; (4) the cognitive level is normal, the consciousness is clear, and the content of the questionnaire can be completed independently or with the assistance of the questionnaire; (5) informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with severe heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot, and nervous system complications; (2) there are mental disorders, dementia, and cognitive impairment; (3) patients with type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes; (4) patients who are taking part in similar studies.
