18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Based on Japan's fourteenth edition of the "protocol for treatment of gastric cancer", patients could receive laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 3. Anti tumor therapy, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy was not performed before operation; 4. ECOG performance status<=2; 5. ASA physical status<3; 6. NRS2002 score<=2; 7. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple tumors; 2. Previous gastric resection; 3. Emergency patients or patients with obstruction such as bleeding, obstruction or perforation; 4. Allergic to enteral nutrition; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with mental disorder; 7. Patients who do not agree to surgical treatment.
