Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The colorectal tumor patients who need to under EMR or ESD, such as EMR, the tumor is more than 10mm*10mm; 2) The patients without other major diseases such as severe heart and lung disease, liver and kidney failure, etc., the recent usage of drugs such as antibiotics in one week ago; 3) The coagulation time was normal; 4) To comply with the ethical.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients who have blood system disease, a blood coagulative disorder, the recent use of anticoagulant drugs; 2) Patients who have malignant tumors under the mucous membrane; 3) Bowel preparation poor; 4) The patients who would not cooperate and refuse to participate in the trial; 5) Allergic the drug; 6) The patients whose situation suddenly change or aggravation during the therapy.
