Group D1:dexmedetomidine 0.5 ug/kg administered endotracheally 45 minutes before the end of surgery
Group D2:dexmedetomidine 0.5 ug/kg administered through intravenous injection pump 45 minutes before the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included patients aged 18-65 years who scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgery within 1 hour to 4 hours, gender not limited, Body mass 40 ~ 80 kg, ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included severe cardiac, cerebral,pulmonary, hepatic or nephritic disease, NYHA>=III; sick sinus syndrome,bradycardia (HR<55 times/ per min), second degree or abovve atrioventricular block; severe obesity (More than standard weight 50 %); allergy to dexmedetomidine nervous system or psychopathy; long-term or recently taking pain reliever; lactation or pregnancy.
