Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With the criteria for obesity diagnosis; 2. With the criteria for WeiReZhiPi; 3. Aged from 18 to 65 years old; 4. Stop using diet western medicine for more than two weeks; 5. Weight loss <3% in three months by Lifestyle intervention; 6. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Secondary obesity; 3. With serious diseases: digestive system diseases, cardiovascular, liver and kidney; 4. Serious infection / ketosis occurred within the past three months, or using adrenal cortex hormone and ß-blocker; 5. Alt exceeding the normal value by 2.5 times and / or Cr above the normal value; 6. Using GLP-1 agonist; 7. Bariatric surgery in nearly a year; 8. Can not take the medicine according to the doctor's advice, refuse to adjust the diet and exercise habits under the guidance; 9. Participating in other clinical trials.
