Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are corresponding to diagnosis standards of COPD patients, according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD); 2. Patients who are at stable stage; 3. Informed consents have been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other respiratory diseases or systemic autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients treated with steroids, anti cholinergic agents, or immune modulators within a month; 3. Patients with acute exacerbations within a month;
