Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with heart failure, good adherence, echocardiography EF < 45% and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter greater than 55 mm (male)/50 mm (female). After taking ACEI drugs reverse remodeling of the heart

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital heart disease, perinatal, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis caused by left ventricular expansion has been line or quasi ICD, CRT, CRT - D treatments, such as poor adherence, mental disorder and dementia, decompensated liver function or liver cirrhosis, kidney damage (serum creatinine concentration > 2 mg/dL (178 mu mol/L), severe chronic alcohol poisoning (mainly for malnutrition, encephalopathy, etc.), there are other serious diseases, such as terminal cancer patients, less than two years, life expectancy during pregnancy, isolated kidney and kidney transplant patients.
