Conditions

pancreatic head carcinoma,carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater,Carcinoma of common bile duct/periampullary duodenal carcinoma

Interventions

ERAS group:Fasten 6 hours and drink carbohydrate drinks 2hrs before surgery
Intraoperative heat preservation, bisectral index monitor for maintain of appropriate anesthesia, avoid excessive i.v. fluids during operation
timodal Analgesia, preventing vomiting, early extract stomach tube and enteral nutrition and mobilization after surgery
Control group:Fasten and water deprivation by routine bowel preparation
no routine intraoperative heat preservation, bisectral index monitor, avoidance of excessive i.v. fluids and preventing vomiting during operation
Analgesia when necessary
routine stomach tube extraction time and use of parenteral nutrition after surgery and mobilization

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pancreatic surgery at the West China Hospital in January 1, 2016 -2017 in December 31st

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. over 75 years old; 2. important organ function is not complete; 3. with a serious heart or lung or other important organs disease.
