Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10) mild and moderate depression (F32) diagnostic criteria, and exclude other mental disorder through MINI,diagnosed for the first time, without system treatment, course 2 weeks - 1 year; 2. HAMD-24 score is >=20 and <35; 3. Age above 18 and under 65; 4. Informed consent and volunteer subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Four weeks before the start of this study had participated in other clinical trials; 2. Taking or 2 weeks before the start of this test was taking antidepressant medication; 3. Brain disease, abnormal judgement ability (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale is less than 90 points); 4. The system with other serious diseases need to be treated; 5. With apparent suicide intend; 6. Suffer from other mental disorders.
