Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the pathological diagnosis is head and neck cancer; 2. patients with postoperative in recent 3 years; 3. patients who can use mobile phones WeChat and communication function; 4. patients who does not use a mobile phone WeChat but have lived with families will use mobile phones WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who live alone and do not use mobile phones WeChat or communication function; 2. the first time WeChat contact or telephone contact is failure after discharge; 3. mental disorder patients.
