Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfill the diagnosis of migraine without aura; 2. Combined insomnia; 3. Aged 18-65 years 4. disable other drugs preventing migraine a week before inclusion; 5. signed informed consent form, can record conventional headache diary.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The migraine is secondary to: (1) systemic diseases, such as disease of cardiovascular system, acute infection, hematopathy, endocrinal and metabolic disease, allergy, toxication; (2) diseases of ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, such as glaucoma, tympanitis, paranasal sinusitis, pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth; (3) Special types of migraine, such as ophthalmoplegic migraine, hemiparalysis migraine, basilar migraine; 2. The patient has severe vital primary disease of cardiac and cerebral vessel system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other systems. Mentally ill patient; 3. easy to infection and bleeding, poor treatment compliance, such as fear of acupuncture; or difficult follow-up 4. Alcohol or other drug abusers; 5. pregnant or lactating women.
