Budesonide inhalation group:Inhaled budesonide 2 mg three times a day
Prednisone group:oral prednisone 40mg/day for 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In GOLD guide diagnosis standard of copd exacerbations, patients older than 40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blood gas analysis of patients with PH less than 7.3, Need mechanical ventilation bronchial asthma, FEV1/FVC > 70% (after inhaled bronchodilator), pneumonia, lung cancer, severe heart failure, liver, kidney disease, pregnancy and lactation, expected survival time of patients less than 6 months.
