18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age <=70 years; (2) mirror colonoscopy, CT, biopsy confirmed rectal cancer, and lesions less than 5cm from the anus; (3) patients choose surgery; (4) patients be able to tolerate surgery; (5) residence in Yangzhou and the surrounding areas.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) refusing to participate in the study; (2) can not perform the preoperative neuropsychological tests; (3) associated with other malignancies; (4) the presence of unresectable distant metastases; (5) in diameter or greater than 6cm widespread infiltration of surrounding tissues; (6) associated with the impact of diabetes and other systemic disease after recovery; (7) preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients.
