18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients receiving subtotal gastrectomy for gastric adenocarcinoma; 2. tumor staging:AJCC cT2N0M0-T4aN3M0; 3. Age from 18 to 70; 4. understood the experiment, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other gastric malignant diseases, such as lymphoma and stromal tumors; 2. have other serious complications or operation contraindication; 3. receiving emergency operation because of bleeding or perforation of gastric cancer; 4. have the history of abdomenal operation except for laparoscopic cholecystectomy or laparoscopic appendectomy; 5. have the pre-operational chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
