Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. all patients were clinically and pathologically confirmed as cancer patients, and the chief complaint was pain; 2. not undergo chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. age 18 or above, male or female; 4. patients with clear consciousness, has the ability to judge their own pain, and can co-evaluation of pain; 5. expected lifetime up to three months or more; 6. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pain not realted with cancer; 2. difficult to judge the degree of pain, including mental retardation or mental illness; 3. children, pregnant and lactating women; 4. with other serious primary diseases; 5. unwilling to cooperate or refused to sign the informed consent.
