Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old, sex is not limited; 2. Endoscopic (or pathological) confirmed Digestive tract lesion (including polyp, intraepithelial neoplasia and intramucosal carcinoma etc.)and is going to be treated by ESD or EMR; 3. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Severe cardiovascular, renal, liver disease, such as severe cardiopulmonary or renal insufficiency; 3. Disturbance of blood coagulation; 4. Mental disorder or disease.
