18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I-II; 2. Esophagectomy or cardiac carcinoma resection through left chest; 3. Age from 18 to 80; 4. Patient has to voluntarily join the study and sigh the Informed Consent Form for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refuse to sigh the Informed Consent Form for the study; 2. chest deformity, chest surgery history, chest injury history; 3. moderately or severely cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Allergic to drugs used in the study; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Infection of puncture; 7. Comprehension disturbance.
