Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Craniocerebral surgery with general anesthesia and controlled hypotension patients, no matter sex, ASA I-II, aged 45 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart or cerebrovascular accident history; 2. severe hypertension; malignant arrhythmia; 3. important viscera function is not complete; 4. the coagulation function abnormality or long-term taking anticoagulant drugs; 5. taking sedatives, drug of disturb the adrenal function or the sympathetic nervous.
