Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age <= 70 years; (2) endoscopy, CT, biopsy confirmed gastric cancer, and gastric lesions located in the upper third of the stomach; (3) tumor diameter <=3cm; (4) patients the choice of surgical treatment; (5) residence in Yangzhou and the surrounding areas.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) refusing to participate in the study; (2) can not perform the preoperative neuropsychological tests; (3) history of gastric surgery; (4) associated with other malignancies; (5) the presence of unresectable distant metastases; (6) according to preoperative evaluation of patients who can not tolerate surgery; (7) peritoneal metastasis; (8) having used radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with lesions before surgery.
