Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients receiving subtotal gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 2. Age from 18 to 75; 3. understood the experiment, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other tumors or severe diseases; 2. receiving emergency operation; 3. have the history of abdomenal operation; 4. have the pre-operational chemotherapy.
