Interventions

DEX group:A loading dose of DEX 1.0ug/kg will be injected intravenously over 10 mins after induction of aneshtesia and intubation, followed by continous infusion of 0.5-1.0ug/kg/h until the end of sur
Control group:the equal volume of normal saline will be given

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years of age, male and female; 2. Body image index is 18-25; 3. Patients, ASA I-II scheduled for elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery performed under general anesthesia; 4. Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patient with body image index more than 25; 2. Patients with ASA class more than grade II, severe cardiac, lung, hepatic and renal diseases; 3. Systemic infectious disease (body temperature more than 38 degree C); 4. Patients with leukemia (WBC more than 10000/uL) 5. Patients with HR less than 55 beat per minute; 6. Patinets with diabetes mellitus or potential difficult airway.
