Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old, male and female; 2. Two or more than two times Paroxysmal rotational vertigo, Lasting for 20 minutes to a few hours at a time, With hearing loss, tinnitus or ear fullness, Loss of consciousness; 3. Without mental illness, drug abuse history; 4. No language barrier, can successfully answer and fill in the questionnaire, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with posterior circulation ischemia, hyperthyroidism, anemia and hypertension; 2. Has received the relevant treatment and may affect the observation index; 3. Other physiological or pathological conditions, which may affect the observation and determination of the effects of the effect; 4. Severe heart, liver and kidney damage affect drug metabolism; 5. Special populations (pregnant women, nursing, infants, aged >75 years old, psychosis).
