morphine group:when patient complaint of pain (pain score >3) in PACU, then intravenous titration morphine 2mg
combine group:when patient complaint of pain (pain score >3) in PACU, then intravenous titration combined liquid 2ml(with morphine 1mg, fentanyl 10ug)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery, ASA I to II, aged from 18 to 60 years old, weight from 45 to 75 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were opioid drug allergy, use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor for a long time,severe hepatic and kidney disease, coagulopathy, bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, pulmonary heart disease, intracranial hypertension, and inability to comprehend study-related procedures.
