18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-70 years old; (2) meet both the Western medicine Diagnosis criteria of Insomnia and TCM Diagnosis criteria of syndrome of yang deficiency and liver depression at the same time; (3) signed informed consent; (4) no other Chinese medicine or Sedative drugs are used during the period of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the vital signs are not stable; (2) unable to communicate for severe aphasia and the Loss of cognitive ability ; (3) patients with sleep disorders associated to environmnet or Jet lag; (4) severe complications such as serious heart, brain, kidney, liver and other diseases; (5) pregnant or lactating women, allergy; (6) the pilot or aerial; (7) patients who are being treated with the use of sedative drugs; (8) patients with GAD-7 >=15, PHQ-9>=15.
