18 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be above of 18 one full year of life; 2. Patients were undergoing coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention because the result of coronary enhanced CT cannot full readable or had high-risk angiographic anatomy; 3. Patients must agree to cooperate with the follow-up examinations ruquired by the test plan in whole test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced age (>=75years old); 2. Instable hemodynamics; 3. Serum creatinine>1.5mg/dl; 4. eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m2; 5. Severe liver dysfunction; 6. Underwent coronary artery bypass grafting; 7. Used of a large number of renal toxicity drugs recently; 8. Refused to participate in this study.
