Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary angle closure glaucoma: 1) Intraocular pressure (IOP) 21mmHg; 2) Anterior chamber angle closure (invisible trabecular meshwork through gonioscope)>=180 degree and/or combine with PAS 3) Glaucomatous optic nerve damage and visual field defect; Cataract 1) Visible phacoscotasmus under slit lamp, Emery Grading>= Grade II (yellow or yellow-white lens nucleus); 2) Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) <=0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary glaucoma or other diseases which cause vision loss and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) damage; 2) History of intraocular surgery or trauma; 3) Refused to sign informed consent; 4) Those who cannot complete 1-year follow-up.
