Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus, WHO,1999; 2. Selective operation; 3. Age 60 to 85 years; 4. Volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than one year; 2. serious kidney or liver complications; 3. Combined consumption diseases, such as malignant tumor; 4. Pregnant women.
