18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. more than 18 years old; 2. with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis; 3. undergoing elective, unilateral, primary TKA; 4. preoperative blood routine test and blood coagulation at normal status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a diagnosis of traumatic knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other secondary osteoarthritis; 2. undergoing the second, bilateral or revision total knee arthroplasty; 3. tranexamic acid, o enoxaparin and apixaban use contraindication; 4. preoperative and/or postoperative long-term use of anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin, aspirin; 5. liver and kidney dysfunction, hemophilia, myocardial ischemia and history of VTE, etc.
