Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnosis standard of active ulcerative colitis first issued or recurrent patients; (2) According to the severity of the modified Truelove andWitts disease classification criteria, conditions are light to moderate ulcerative colitis; (3) TCM is mixed cold andheat, heat stasis; (4) Between the ages of 18-65 years of age; (5) Volunteered to participate andsigned informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious complications, such as local stenosis, ileus, intestinal perforation, toxic megacolon, colorectal cancer, colon cancer andanal diseases; 2. Pregnants or are preparing women andlactating women; 3. Multiple drug allergies andallergys; 4. With liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, the endocrine system andother serious primary disease andmental illness; 5. The persons who had severe illness requiring emergency treatment; 6. Except of taking Qingchang Wenzhong of traditional Chinese medicine or taking Mesalazine therapy, also having in UC patients undergoing other treatment options; 7. Patients within three months to participate in other clinical research projects.
