Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty morbid obesity patients undergoing Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass were included. The inclusion criteria: aged 18 to 40 years with ASA class I, body mass index (BMI) >40kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative exclusion criteria: hypertension, Severe asthma, mitral inadequacy, or any known fetal abnormality were excluded.
