20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thoracotomy (esophagus, lung andmediastinum), 20-80 years old, ASA I-II, 45-90kg, no compromise in cardiac andlung function. No gender limitations. Patient has to voluntarily join the study and sign the Informed Consent Form for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puncture site infection, alcohol allergy, diabetes, cant understandVAS score, pregnant women andnursing mothers; coagulopathy; a history of relevant drug allergy; a history of alcohol or analgesics dependence; chronic pain. Any other condition that might place the patient at undue risk or preclude a patient from completing the study; Other conditions regimented at investigators' discretion.
