Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. severe patients with OSAHS: AHI is more than thirty times per hour, monitoring time is more than eight hours; 2. aged eightten to sixty-five years; 3. be able to answer or read the gauge; 4. sign informed consent,cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe temic diseases (such as heart, liver renal failure), CNS diseases, other sleep disordered breathing; alcohol drug addiction, or use psychotropic drugs, sedatives, narcotic drugs; have yet received OSAHS treatment, such as CPAP, surgey, oral appliance; MMSE<27; left hand; MRI contraindications: such as claustrophobia or metal implant
