Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency Hemorrhage Patients; 2. ASA classification: Level I-IV; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Patientswith the permanent elevation less than 2500 meters; 5. Emergency surgery perioperative period Hb may be lower than 10g/dL; 6. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification: Level V-VI; 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Patients with blood coagulation disorders and other blood system diseases; 4. Patients must be given high hemodilution; 5. Patients with tumors or/and tumor metastasis; 6. Patients can not cooperate with the study for any reasons,such as language barriers, mental illness, etc; 7. Patientshad taken other drugs or been involved in other clinical trials within three months prior to the present study.
