65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II or III; a sufficient level of education to be capable of completing neuropsychological tests; a pre-operative mini mental state examination (MMSE) score >=23; no evidence of cardiovascular, respiratory or central nervous system disease; normal renal and hepatic function; no serious hearing or visual impairment; absence of a history of benzodiazepine or antidepressant use, alcohol or cigarette misuse or drug dependence; and no contraindication to propofol or inhalational anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alzheimer's disease, a family history of mental illness or mental illness, a cognitive impairment of the disease, a history of alcohol and drug dependence
